Terms of Service

By accessing or using Scoprex (the "Service"), operated by Scoprex Teknoloji Ltd. Şti. ("we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Scoprex is an AI-powered industry intelligence platform that aggregates, analyzes, and delivers business opportunities and sector insights. The Service includes a web application, mobile applications (iOS and Android), email digests, push notifications, AI chat, and research reports.

You must provide a valid email address and create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 16 years old. One person may not maintain more than one free account.

Scoprex offers Free, Pro, and Team plans. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. Prices are in USD unless stated otherwise.

• Pro and Team subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
• You may cancel at any time; access continues until the billing period ends
• Refunds are available within 14 days of the first payment if you haven't used the Service extensively
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Service
• Redistribute, resell, or commercially exploit Service content without permission
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or our systems
• Interfere with the Service's infrastructure or create undue load
• Use automated tools to access the Service beyond provided APIs
• Circumvent plan limitations or rate limits

Our Content: AI-generated summaries, analyses, scores, and reports are owned by Scoprex. You may use them for personal or internal business purposes.

Source Content: Original articles linked through Scoprex remain the property of their respective publishers. We provide summaries and analyses under fair use principles.

Your Content: You retain ownership of any content you submit (research queries, feedback, etc.).

Scoprex uses AI models (including but not limited to GPT-4, Claude, Gemini, and DeepSeek) to process and analyze content. AI-generated analyses, scores, and recommendations are provided for informational purposes only.

• AI outputs may contain errors, biases, or outdated information
• Scoprex content does not constitute financial, legal, or investment advice
• You should conduct your own due diligence before making business decisions
• We do not guarantee the accuracy of opportunity scores or market analyses

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or changes to the Service at any time. Data collection from third-party sources may be delayed or interrupted.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Scoprex shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, business opportunities, or data, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Data deletion follows our Privacy Policy timeline.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Disputes shall be resolved by the courts of Bursa, Turkey. For EU users, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence apply.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
